Dominique Mercer has been with Sani Gear since 2022, beginning as an Administrative Assistant before swiftly advancing to Executive Assistant. In June 2024, she was promoted to Rental Manager.

In this role, Dominique coordinates directly with fire departments to fit firefighters with bunker gear, ensures compliance with NFPA 1851 (and upcoming 1850) standards through annual maintenance, and oversees gear replacement and servicing. She also manages detailed reporting on all rented equipment.

Known for her organization and dedication, Dominique plays a key role in maintaining safety and compliance across departments through effective rental gear management and department collaboration.
