Tricia joined Sani Gear in 2018 as a part-time driver transporting gear from the departments to Sani Gear. Her passion for the fire industry quickly grew, leading her to roles as Shipping and Receiving Manager and later Operations Manager, where she oversaw daily plant operations and contributed to health and safety initiatives.

Inspired by the impact Sani Gear has in reducing the risk of cancer for firefighters, she transitioned to her current role as Account Manager for Ontario and Western Canada Fire Departments. Tricia now works directly with departments to onboard clients, manage gear maintenance schedules, and provide essential reporting.

She is always available to support clients with any questions or concerns—committed to helping keep Fire Fighter's bunker gear clean, safe, and service-ready.
